Let's face it. Each of us can admit to at least one addiction--jargon--the insider short-hand that creeps into our writing that alienates the very people we want to enroll or persuade.
To dismantle this pervasive obstacle and warn others of the danger, build your own Buzzword Bingo of your association's overused and obscure terminology to play at staff meetings or add to your membership recruitment toolkit.
